TAMAR'S VOICE

Tamar’s Voice is an up to one-year program established to support women and children coming out of domestic violence. Statistics show every nine seconds a woman experiences physical abuse in the United States. Our goal at Women With Wings Outreach is to provide a safe place for women who have undergone abusive trauma. This program is designed to be a voice of advocacy for these women, while working to counter domestic violence through education and biblical tools.
